We are Stacey and Jan and we founded Gateway Land Team as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land as quickly and easily as possible.

Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban, farm, ranch,  and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.

Although we are currently focused exclusively on the land side of the real-estate business that is not where we started. We actually got started by completing a series of DIY home improvement projects, then moved into flipping a couple of houses, and finally found our niche in land investing. We have met a lot of great people along the way, and really enjoy helping people turn their unused land into cash.

We are located a little north of Atlanta, however, we are currently buying properties throughout Georgia and other nearby states as well.
